Bios began writing and recording their third album EP There Was A Halo On Your Head. Prior to recording and production of it, vocalist Angel K. stated "Expect a much heavier and more intense record". The band claimed "We are messing around with metalcore/post- hardcore tunes with breakdowns and all that'll make you bang your head from top to toe but with our upcoming release There Was A Halo On Your Head we are also pushing ourselves forward aiming to accomplish a more personal style that could hardly fit to a music genre that would bore listeners just by the hearing of it being this and this and that." Guitarist Kostas A. said "It's more mechanical with very strong beats yet in parts sounds a lot different and chaotic". "We thought the idea of doing an EP insane, since full length albums draw no interest to us, to kids, to our pockets and since it won't get us left behind with future releases especially when being in the indie music culture", drummer Nondas S. specified. Kostas V. claimed "All in all, now that we've listened to the final album result it's a huge step for us from the previous debut album and crazier and wilder than ever before."
