From the new album art, which turns me on with murderous vampiric potency and makes me want to destroy Alt-Right wanksters worried about their masculinity, to the new barrage of psychotic sounds that Anaal Nathrakh continue to claim as “music”…well, this is the best, raddest shit. I know that is scarcely a sentence but I just had this super sweet pink champagne to celebrate a dear friend’s last day after 12 years as a psych-nurse at a high risk facility and this band consistently makes music that sounds like the inner workings of her former patient’s minds scrambling to find purchase. It is both elating for fans of industrial and black metal freedom and depressing because the world is so dark that this band serves as a viable mirror to a twisted reality, but regardless of all that the new Anaa; Nathrakh is again singularly ass kicking, stunning and fucknuts in one fell swoop (as usual).
Dudes are up there with Scott Walker and Neubauten for least pandering music ever.
Invisible Oranges has the new track HERE.
