Gothenburg’s Horisont are guitar rock incarnate. They can boogie hard enough to woo the most discerning Graveyard or Atomic Rooster fans while maintaining the most fabulous aspects of retro rock’s finest, dual attack axe/ hazy days. New album Odyssey has everything from Zep-esque balladry via “Beyond The Sun” to fist shaking party rock like fan favorite “Break The Limit”. This band definitely has some special juju and deserve to hit bigger stages. Plus they feature one of our favorite Metal Riot allies Tom Sutton (Night Viper, ex- Church Of Misery, The Order of Israfel).
