Austrian lords of black metal Belphegor issued an official statement in regards to canceling eleven shows:

“Due to circumstances beyond the band’s control we are being forced to cancel eleven shows, since we were initially not given the green light to enter the country. We were promised that we would be fine two weeks ago, but still all the members were not got their stuff. We all tried everything to make it happen, so it’s a terrible situation. We were waiting, sharp and ready to rumble and kick serious ass, but couldn’t do anything. The USA immigration forms are approved so now we have new visa interviews at the USA embassy in Vienna at the beginning of next week. Now we have re-schedule the flights to make it happen. We will now start the tour in Chicago, IL at Reggie’s on the 26th. We want to apologize to the demons and everyone who’s bought a ticket to see us tear the stage with Deicide. See you in Chicago!”

Belphegor released  “Blood Magick Necromance” this year on Nuclear Blast.
