Canadian heavy metallers Cauldron have announced that they will be releasing a limited edition fanzine title “Chromium Dioxide” with every new album. Check out the artwork <–there.

Band frontman Jason Decay says,

“Chromium Dioxide is our favourite zine out there, plus we’re good friends with the creator, Phil, so when Earache suggested we include a Cauldron special edition of the magazine as a bonus with the new album, it was a no-brainer. It’s really an honor to have a magazine, let alone one of the most addictive reads out there, dedicate an entire – although mini – issue to us.”

The band recently announced tour dates for a month-long tour of Eastern Canada in February. Prior to the start of this tour, the band will play 3 dates in the USA. You can check the full tour dates here. The new album, “Burning Fortune,” which is due to be released on Earache Records on February 14th in Europe and February 15th in North America. A brand new track from “Burning Fortune,” “All Or Nothing,” is available to listen to now on Cauldron’s MySpace page.
