Dream Theater and Judas Priest will be performing at The High Voltage festival in London’s Victoria Park July 23rd and 24th. They are the first to be confirmed with more to come. This will be Dream Theater’s first tour without founding drummer Mike Portnoy. Portnoy left the band to permanently drum for Avenged Sevenfold after filing in on their latest tour. Avenged’s original drummer Jimmy ‘The Rev’ Sullivan died December 28, 2009. Dream Theater is currently auditioning drummers to replace Portnoy.

After 28 tours spanning their forty year career, 5 platinum albums and countless clubs and stadiums, Judas Priest are retiring from the road. Their final tour will include major cities and festival appearances as well. A full schedule has not yet been established, but promises to be massive. However, a collection of confirmed festival dates can be found below.
