emmure Emmure has been very busy. They started off this year with a huge tour with WhiteChapel and busted through the summer on the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival.

They’ve been playing shows and tearing up stages across the country for months on end now. They’re even going to Alaska.

And just today the band announced that they have re-signed to Victory Records and have plans to enter the studio later this year in hopes of getting a new album out in 2014.

Guitarist and founding member Jesse Ketive stated:

“We couldn’t be happier to announce that following Never Say Die! and the Asking Alexandria Tour we will be heading into the studio to work on the new album which is aimed for a Spring release! We have been working hard in between our rigorous world touring schedule this past year and a half and we can’t wait to unveil new material. We have resigned to Victory Records and there will be a lot of new things developing for Emmure through the end of the year. Thank you for your constant support through the years and we promise to deliver one of the best Emmure records to date. See you on tour.”

We’re not sure what to expect from this upcoming album, but if it’s anything like there other albums it’ll be sure to stir up some controversy with their lyrics. We’re ready to cover it all here.
