EP premiere: Peg Bundy

We’re stoked to premiere the new EP from our pal Kev King (ex-Intercourse). The project is called Peg Bundy, named after the truly babeliest Bundy family member (sorry, Kelly). In less than five minutes of music this project establishes itself as a force to be reckoned with that could appeal to fans of Black Flag, the more rock n roll side of Dillinger Escape Plan (“Sweat Machine”, “Propecia”) , Cancer Bats or even some slightly careening Am Rep vibes on our favorite track, the slogging “Pin Cushion”.

Kev King provides some lyrics to “Sweat Machine” for us:

The Devil is eating lunch right next to me. I’m setting knives, I’m setting plates. I’m setting forks, Rose Water & Rosary Chains. If I get through dessert, I can throw up later on, he roofies me, fattens me, roasts me on forks with 3 prongs.

Sing that on a Sunday to your step sister!

Kev King adds ,”I’m pumped to get it going, because i was antsy as fuck when i parted ways w/ Intercourse. The drummer for my live band is Tom Hogan from 108 (NYHC). I’m dedicated to providing unsavory subject matter for whomever is listening. Yes, I wrote and performed everything.”

This shit rips. Hails. Windmills. etc. Irony is Kev will probably be having more intercourse post-Intercourse, cuz this project is siiiiick.
