Classic rock enthusiasts by way of modern methodology, Greta Van Fleet have returned with a new single today. The warm, colorful and hopeful sounding “Heat Above” sounds like all the different Hobbit families in the Shire are getting along and walking towards a sunrise for a picnic (not even kidding). It is a mood lifter and full of imagination and, as often is the case with the band’s material, a feeling of movement.
New album The Battle At Garden’s Gate will be out 4/16 via Lava/Republic, produced by Greg Kurstin (Paul McCartney, Foo Fighters, Adele).
