It’s been about more than four years since Korn‘s last Family Values tour took place, but now it seems that they are planning a new annual tour sometime in the future. A Facebook page is petitioning for Korn, System of a Down, Rage Against the Machine, Faith No More and Suicidal Tendencies to join forces for what is called “Family Values Tour – The Old School Version”. Legendary rappers Public Enemy have also been tapped as a special guest.
While there has been no confirmation or any more details regarding the new Family Values Tour, the owner of the Facebook page writes, “Korn hasn’t had a Family Values tour since 2007. We’re working on putting together an “old school” version, with Korn, System of a Down, Rage Against the Machine, Faith No More and Suicidal Tendencies on the bill and a special guest appearance by Public Enemy. They’re doing this because they all made American rap rock and funk rock popular and helped paved the ’90s. We’re doing this for the fans who want to see what can be the best tour ever.”
Korn just announced plans to release a new album, The Path of Totality, on December 6th on Roadrunner Records.
