SINatra album coverDevin Townsend has been a part of a few projects post-Strapping Young Lad, but this may be the most bizarre. Crooning over guitar work¬† by KISS’ Bob Kulick, the Canada native covered one of Frank Sinatra’s all-time classics for the upcoming “SIN-atra” metal tribute album. The song was recently uploaded to Soundcloud and is now available for streaming.

The album features other metal vocalists such as Iced Earth‘s Tim “Ripper” Owens, Deep Purple’s Glenn Hughes, and other vocalists from Anthrax and Nonpoint to Cheap Trick and Twisted Sister.

“SIN-atra” will be released on March 29.
