New York heavy metal band Charred Walls Of The Damned have debuted the music video for their song “Zerospan” and you can check it out right here. The track is off the band’s latest full-length album Cold Winds On Timeless Days which was released in October 2011 via Metal Blade Records.
The video was directed and edited by Mike Schiff and Sean McEwen (Albino Farm) with special effects/make up by Brian Spears and Pete Gerner from G and S Effects (Stakeland). The lead actor in the video is Bryan Haeffele.
Drummer Richard Christy elaborates on the video’s concept: “I’m so excited that fans will finally be able to see the “Zerospan” video after many months of hard work! For fans of horror like myself, this video is the perfect mix of technological horror and all out brutality. The “Zerospan” video is like a mini horror film and the story follows the lyrical subject matter perfectly and creates a haunting vision of a man absorbed by the world’s ever growing technology. What it comes down to, though, is that it’s pretty much just a kick ass heavy metal video! Big thanks to Mike, Sean, Brian, Pete, Bryan, Metal Blade, and everyone who helped make this video awesome!”
