Progressive metal giant Mastodon and Canadian melt-my-heart-singer-songwriter Feist have spectacularly teamed up on a split album entitled Feistodon. This album finds Mastodon covering A Commotion, taken from Feist’s latest release Metals. Feist takes on the opening track Black Tongue, from Mastodon’s ‘011 Reprise release The Hunter. Videos for each song are on the next page, but the real fun is on Mastodon’s website, where you can crossfade one of the songs from the Feist side to the Mastodon side. Also, you can buy it for $3. Neato.
