Rage Against the Machine planning new album?

Well, it’s about f**kin’ time! Rage Against the Machine may have been back together for five years, but it looks like new material from the band is almost happening.

In a recent interview with, bassist Tim Commerford was asked if the band was working on a new album, and his response was “maybe”. You can watch the interview here.

Rage Against the Machine’s last album with original material, The Battle of Los Angeles, was released in 1999 on Epic Records. Their most recent recording is the covers album Renegades, which was released in 2000, the same year they broke up.
