Indie metal entity The Flenser, who recently announced the signing of Louisville, Kentucky’s avant-doom unit Seidr to their potent label roster, today confirm more info on the band’s debut full-length, “For Winter Fire”.

Seidr’s recently completed “For Winter Fire” debut boasts gargantuan, organic doom metal riffing displayed in an epic yet harrowing display of force. A slight post-metal atmospheric edge envelops the otherwise crushing tectonic force of the album’s blackened-doom core. With direct ties to black metal act Panopticon — also a part of The Flenser’s label family — Seidr is already a name a diehard core of underground metal fiends are aware of, making the “For Winter Fire” release a label priority for the year.
