Brazilian thrashers Sepultura have set out to silence the rumors of a return of the band. The band had signed to Nuclear Blast records in attempt to release and album in 2011 and was rumored to go into the studio before the end of the year. Unfortunately however, earlier today they released a video where they speak out against those rumors.

Sepultura released their last full length album “A-Lex” on Steamhammer Records in January of 2009.
to me (mind you this is just my opinion) sepultura was no longer sepultura once the cavalera’s left. still an awesome band but just not the same. its a whole new band that shouldn’t have the sepultura name associated with it.
