Iowa metallers Slipknot previously announced they would be headlining the Sunday night show at Knebworth Sonisphere in the UK. Slipknot have now also confirmed that they will be headlining one of the two nights of Sonisphere France. Sonisphere will be taking place on July 8th and 9th in Amneville, France.
Knebworth Sonisphere is making history by bringing the Big Four - Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax - to the UK for the first time to headline the Friday night show of the event.
Slipknot has also recently announced they will be performing at the Rock in Rio Festival 2011 as well as Graspop Metal Meeting 2011.
