West Coast grim sludge vets -(16)- have an excellently titled new album Dream Squasher out this year. What a perfect name for trying to get ahead in this shitty world. Ten songs via Relapse out June 5th worldwide. Pre Order my fave vinyl variant HERE.

“A conscious effort was made to inject positivity into the lyrical themes,” guitarist and lead vocalist Bobby Ferry explains. “The best we could come up with is loving your dog so much, you’d end up killing yourself if the dog dies.”

This is easily gonna be one of the best of the year, no contest.
