Seattle rockers Candlebox have officially kicked off their headlining “Disappearing in Airports Tour”.
Candlebox will receive support on the tour from Lull Water and Pete RG.
Candlebox are touring in support of their upcoming album Disappearing in Airports which will come out April 22 via Pavement Entertainment.

Less than a year has passed since Candlebox released their last record, but vocalist Kevin Martin recently told Unsung Melody that the band has already begun writing a follow-up album for a spring 2014 release. He states:
“We’ve actually started writing for the next record and hope to pop in the studio mid-summer to gear up for a spring release next year.”
Candlebox’s last album, Love Stories & Other Musings, was released last April and contains re-recordings of their biggest hits, including “Far Behind”.

Gold are really good. You should listen to them. I classified them in our power metal category only because if Gold played power metal that would actually maybe be the weirdest experimental music ever and very rad. They DO play their own awesome kind of music, which is different than what many bands are doing. Optimist has some sweet jams. "White Noise" has a great intro. Prepare to be melted in a metallic wash of BM, post-rock and plaintive melodic musings.
