Impending Doom

California death metallers Impending Doom have premiered the first track off of their upcoming album.

“Death Will Reign” is the title track off the album, which will be released on November 5.

Bassist David Sitting had this to say about the album:

“We wanted this album to sound very natural and unpolished. There’s no crazy digital stuff. There are no fake drums. We wanted it to have the feel of our first album with the songwriting from the last one. We’ve gotten better at song structures and so forth over the years, but we wanted to recapture that old-school vibe, too.”

Check out “Death Will Reign” here.

Music Video: Impending Doom – “Deceiver”

Posted by SeanB on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 9:09 PM (PST)

Californian christian death metalers Impending Doom have released a music video for their song “Deceiver.”  The song comes from their March 2012 release Baptized In Filth which was the bands fourth full length and released on E1 Entertainment.

To see the video for yourself click here.

Lead singer Brook Reeves explained the direction of the video recently:

“This video is a representation of the filthiness of sin that ultimately leads to hell and that is doesn’t matter If someone calls themselves a Christian with their mouth if they are not producing fruit in their lives. There are a lot of Christians out there who are fakes and will try and deceive you for power, money, or other lusts of the flesh especially in these last days. So it’s up to genuine, real, and courageous Christians to stand up and speak truth and not compromise.”
