Sirenia announce South American tour dates

Norwegian gothic metal act, Sirenia, have announced that they will be tour South America in the fall. The tour will start October 23th and end November 2nd. To see the full tour schedule click here.

The band’s latest album, “The Enigma Of Life,” was released in January 2011 through Nuclear Blast.

Sirenia to Play Masters of Rock & Wacken Open Air Festivals

In support of their upcoming album release, Norwegian/Spanish gothic metal band Sirenia have announced their first two appearances for the 2011 festival season. “The Enigma of Life“, the band’s fifth studio release, will be available on January 21st through Nuclear Blast Records. Two of the new album’s songs “Fall Angel” and “The End of it All” can be heard on the band’s MySpace page.

Sirenia’s Morton Veland unveils new album artwork and track listing

For the better part of a decade, Sirenia has been blending fresh servings of extreme, symphonic, and death metal to serve to their fans in a tight gothic brew. Hailing from Stavanger, Norway, superhuman musician Morten Veland has shuffled the deck of musicians both in the studio and on the stage. He is the only founding member remaining in the quartet.

Recorded at Finnvox Studios in Finland, this marks their fourth full-length album. Slated for release from Nuclear Blast, “The Enigma of Life” goes on sale January 21, 2011.
