Rival Sons have announced that they will be hitting the road in Europe this summer starting May28th. The tour will kick off in Landgraaf, Netherlands at the Pinkpop Festival.
Rival Son’s guitarist Scott Holiday had this to say about the upcoming tour:
“Much love and thanks goes out to our UK and European fans who’ve made our last tour a complete crazy badass success. We got to visit a bunch of new places on this one and were warmly welcomed every night, like we were with old friends. Pretty damn lovely.
Now that we’re back home, we’ll be getting a little (very little) R&R, wrapping up all the details for our next record (due out late summer), and even adding a local show on the legendary Queen Mary! We’ll be headlining the Queen’s Salon, a really beautiful, old, haunted looking theatre on the ship. These local shows have become quite rare for us these days, so we wanted to make this one a special one.
Lastly, as soon as we’ve now returned home, we’re already announcing our eminent return to the UK and Europe. More dates to come, but here’s what we’ve got thus far. Festival season is growing nearer and nearer still… And we’ll do as many as we can fit on our schedule.”
