Music Video: Lay Down Rotten – “Hades Resurrected”

German death metal outfit Lay Down Rotten have just released a video for the song “Hades Resurrected” taken from their latest Metal Blade release Mask of Malice.

Singer Jost Kleinert had the following to say about the video:

“We are back with a new video for the song “Hades Resurrected”. Witness the unholy ceremony as we celebrate Death Metal in praise of Hades. This is one of the killer tracks from our new album “Mask Of Malice”: we caught the sinister vibe of the song in a very dark and blaspheme video. Get ready for the new Lay Down Rotten with Kensington Seifert on guitars! Get ready for “Hades Resurrected!”

Lay Down Rotten release trailer for their music video “Hades Resurrected” and release new song “Deathchain”

German death metallers, Lay Down Rotten, have released a trailer for their music video “Hades Resurrected” off their upcoming album “Mask Of Malice.” The video is expected to be released in early March. The band has also released another new song entitled “Deathchain.”

Lay Down Rotten release new single “The Devil Grins”

German death metallers, Lay Down Rotten, have released their second single “The Devil Grins” off their upcoming album “Mask of Malice.” The band has released a statement saying:

“After three years we are back at the front with our new album ‘Mask of Malice’ that features 10 death metal grenades! We are honored to present our new guitarist and songwriter Kensington who is responsible for most of the killer riffs on this album. ‘Mask of Malice’ is our darkest record to date concerning both the music and the lyrics. Our main interest was to reflect the nature of human malice in our recent music which express in straight forward up-tempo smashers and pounding mid tempo songs. We are grateful for everyone who was involved in this recording of this album!”

Lay Down Rotten announce new album “Mask Of Malice”

German death metallers, Lay Down Rotten, announce that they are busy recording their new album entitled “Mask Of Malice.”  This will be their sixth studio album. The band comments on the album:

“We are almost done recording our sixth album. We recorded at the Desert Inn Studio where we also worked on the last five albums. The new album will be called “Mask of Malice” and it features ten killer tracks that combine the raw dynamics of the typical Lay Down Rotten sound with the bittersweet melodies of death metal hymns you wanna bang your head to!”

The new album will be released in February 2012 through Metal Blade Records.
