On July 1st, traditional heavy metal’s Haunt will release their seventh full-length, Windows of Your Heart, via Iron Grip // Church Recordings. One of the most exciting, skilled, melodic and engaging bands in modern metal, Haunt deserve all the praise and more for their tireless drive and growing pile of anthems. Honestly, they are one of the only bands I really go out of my way to make extra time to listen to currently in rock. That is not to say there aren’t plenty of bands who I love and I listen often to lots of music, rather that Haunt is always rewarding and worth the attention in a busy schedule.
